Welcome to the 2026 Annual Academic Conference of the China–Kazakhstan Joint Laboratory of Remote Sensing Technology and Applications, held jointly with the 1st Central Asia–China Symposium on Remote Sensing Technology and Applications, which will take place on June 26–29, 2026, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite researchers, scholars, engineers, and graduate students working in the fields of remote sensing, GIS, environmental sciences, climate change, and GeoAI to participate in this academic event.
Geo-CA 2026 aims to bring together the academic community to discuss recent advances, share research results, and explore innovative applications of remote sensing technologies in support of sustainable development in arid and semi-arid regions.

All accepted abstracts and presented papers will be published in the digital Book of Abstracts.
Upon completion of the conference, the electronic collection of abstracts will be made available to all registered participants.
